Left my Yeti Coffee cup on a ledge next to the freezer for 10 minutes, came back and it was gone.. It was full of hot coffee. When I asked the front desk, she told me right away that i was not getting it back.... Like you just know? The Cleaning crew is that Ruthless? Take it and not turn it in? No Guest is going to take a mug of hot coffee. House Cleaning was also rude, constantly asking if we are done from 9-10:30 a.m. the morning of check out. ... no 1st of all you stole my Cup !! No tip for you! Applebees was nice on site.

The only thing I’d change is adding a place to hang up a coat or clothing. We had a handicapped room and there was nowhere to hang anything up. Otherwise it was a great stay and we’ll stay there again

Shelly was very welcoming at the front desk. Room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom countertop was large. Decent water pressure in shower. Good equipment in workout room. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices plus fresh fruit. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast room was clean. Older motel but new carpet and paint. Just off interstate but could not hear traffic noise. So nice to have Applebees on the premises - good meal and friendly service. We would stay again.

We had to have our keys activated every single day… It was a pain in the you know what. A waiter at the enclosed Applebee’s at that location was so incredibly rude. We couldn’t believe it. I believe his name was Shane.

You feel like a convicted felon. They HAVE to make a copy of your identification. The previous nights hotel did not require identification or a credit card for INCIDENTALS.

Everything was fine except they should have king size pillows for the king size bed instead of the little tiny pillows that we had. Also the shower curtain grommets (hooks) were badly ripped.
