At arrival I was notified there is no pool at the property, which was the only reason for booking this room. The lady at the desk said it’s been over a year since they no longer have a pool. I was very upset. The room is large and the kitchen is nice, but there were 2 bugs on the floor of the bathroom first thing. Plus the main door did not fully close- you can see out the door from the edges where it’s supposed to be closed so safety is a concern. And no extra blankets or pillows or anything for the spare bed. Not very impressed.

room was clean and stock. Staff very helpful. Been staying at this location since it opened. Some work need to be done on building issues ,but not a show stopper. We stay in room 203 main issue the toilet. You would flush it and it would sound like a jake Brake on a truck. Not every time ,mostly at night and early morning. great alarm clock for those sleeping in

Excellent Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at Candlewood Suites over the weekend. The room was large and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the helpful staff. Jay and all the desk service employees were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will most definitely seek out other Candlewood Suites in the future.
