Room was clean enough. Hallway carpet stains have been there for at least the 4 years I have visited. Flush toilet needed repair - promptly done. Some employees seemed indifferent to conversation. Desk personnel very helpful and friendly.

From the moment I checked in I’ve had 3 separate charges on my card , that’s after already paying for the room. A dollar hold incase of damages is one thing but charging 2 other transactions without my authorization is ridiculous. If I knew there would be more charges I would have just stayed somewhere nicer since I’m being charged the price of a nice hotel after all these other charges.

It was what I wanted in this stopover (comfortable, quiet, clean, safe). If the worst thing I encountered was a thermostat with strange symbols that even hotel staff couldn't decipher, that isn't too bad.
