Clean and Updated

No issues for our 3 night stay. About a 15 min drive to the beach. Stairs to the unit. These didn’t bother us. Space was bigger than I imagined. 2 ac units were great in August. Quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay, great place and location. Bedroom fan wasn’t working so it was a little unbearable for 2 days. Other than that would definitely stay there again!

Lots of added perks

You never know whether you can trust a rentals propertys amenities list but this property went above and beyond the listed amenities. K cups, wood for the bonfire, femanine products, soaps, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath sugar cubes baggies, matches, extra foam cushion for the sofa sleeper were a bunch of extras that we found extremely thoughtful. Also there were 2 AC conditioners to keep the whole place cool and not just a bedroom. It was very nice, but a little too far from the beach to ride our bikes but otherwise a fabulous place and super duper comfortable king size bed.

Great stay at York

We highly recommend this property. The master bed is quite comfortable. The pullout queen size in the living room is comfortable too. The head end of it is a bit raised which some folks might not like. The bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining area are all very tastefully decorated and quite pleasant. The living room has lots of windows and has an open airy feel. The bathroom is spacious, as is the walk in shower. The suite and the surrounding area are very quiet. The location is ideal for quick trips into Portsmouth or to the beaches at York. The owners are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
