The hotel is not directly on the beach, but very close. The room was very nice and comfortable. Although they said the room was on the second floor, it was 5 flights of stairs to get there. Not easy for an senior to haul luggage all the way to the top.

The hot tub wasn't open 😕. The room was ice cold when we arrived so put the heat up to 70 & then was too hot all night even after we turned it down to 30. Very difficult to regulate. The staff was pleasant however & the location was okay but sadly no ocean view from our room. Seemed uber expensive for what we got but was clean & free parking.
