Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York

Wonderful place to stay!
Excellent location, great set up. As it was unusually hot, it would have been nice to have a/c. Be sure to stock up on toilet paper when you check in as check in for apartment is in a different hotel down the street and around the corner.
The apartment was very comfortable and had a great location, just 10’ walking to the Minster. The only problem I saw is that the internet was a bit spotty. Also the hot water was too hot and didn’t mix with the cold water (apartment 6). How hard is to have a good functioning water system?
Nice quiet property in a very central location, with safe private parking. Tea and coffee was provided which was appreciated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Two nights stay for family holidays in York
Conveniently located in city centre within walking distance to shopping and tourist attractions. Good for family stay. Only downside is the limited parking lots onsite. The hotel does provide discount voucher for parking at a nearby NCP car park though.

Central, comfortable, quiet apartment stay
Really friendly and early check in - easy to park safely in a gated car park (but prebook it as it's not obvious on the website)
Really close to city centre and an easy walk to everything. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price. We'll be back for a longer stay.
The location was excellent as just a short walk into York and all the attractions. Parking on site is a real bonus if book in advance. Property secure and has everything you need and lovely and clean. Would definitely book again

Great location!
This was my third stay here! Great location and lots closeby. Easy to get into the town centre, just a short walk over the bridge. Sainsburys and Tesco next road over for anything you might need (milk, snacks etc). Staff really friendly and replied quickly to any queries we had (many thanks!). Lovely Italian just along the road called 'Enoteca' highly recommend! Also a wonderful Thai restaurant called 'Tah Tien' a stone's throw away. The famous Betty's tea room just a short walk away. Plenty of shopping in the main town and there is a fantastic outlet mall 15mins away which is reachable by bus. Station only a short walk away.
Beds are comfy. A few suggestions for improvements having stayed a few times now:
A full length mirror would be useful.
TV is mounted very high on the wall which makes it quite uncomfortable to watch.
More lighting needed expecially in the bedroom, difficult to see what you're doing if applying make-up!

The location of this property is excellent for getting around York. Everything is walking distance. Having car parking is great too. It is advertised as having Wi-Fi but the speeds are below 1Mbps which makes it unusable. We were told it is being upgraded in 2 weeks but in it's current state it is pointless.

Good size apartment very comfortable space, beds were comfy and perfect location .
The property was excellent. It should have been made clearer by Expedia that parking is not automatically included and needs to be pre booked and is only free if available.

Well worth the money.
Lovely place to stay, and very comfortable and near the city centre. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, but if you are using the apartment for a base to visit York, it shouldn’t matter.
The information folder was great and very useful for those new to York.
It was a shame that there was limited free parking on site. Fortunately it was only the last evening/morning we had to find another car park to use which are charged, so please be prepared for this.
Would definitely return though if visit York again.
