Good grass area to walk dogs in back only. The property is 2 stories with one elevator at one end with long hallways that do not have enough or proper signage to find your way around, your room and/or out of the building. I was charged twice on my credit card for an expensive stay and had to request a refund. I was given a partial refund. I was honest and agreed to pay a pet fee. Their pet fee is way more than any other hotel has ever charged and they charged me double for having 2 dogs. Other dog show participants were there, said they had dogs and were not charged a pet fee. You wouldn't have even known I had dogs if I hadn't been honest. Their fee is too much and to be double charged was outrageous. No room service, you have to go down to the restaurant, order and take your own food back up to your room. I travel a lot and will never stay at a Wyndam hotel again.

Front Desk needs to do better

The hotel has poor signage, which makes it difficult to find your room. The front desk staff should provide information about the closest entrance so customers could drive their car around, opposed to walking around the hotel pushing a heavy cart. Also, they advertised free breakfast, however, upon check in, they do not share any informatiom about the said "free breakfast," or breakfast hours. Nothing in the room or tv, shows information either. They do offer late check-out for a fee. Most places offer late checkout for free. They place a limit of late checkouts per day. Which is actually interesting, since they are actually losing money by having a preference of an empty room over allowing someone to pay for late checkout, especially if the room is going to be empty for a couple of days. Housekeeping was very minimal. They would come in take out the trash, change the towels and replace the soap. Did not make the beds. The location is good, I was just turned off by the smell of garbage in the hotel room.
