Although this is a single-level home, please note that the property is not ADA compliant. Guests with further mobility-needs may find certain features of the property challenging to use.

OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors as there is wildlife around the area. Keep a very close watch on your pets outside, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
