Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only things were the remote for my tv did not work properly and I could jot get channels listed on the guide as available channels. When I mentoned to housekeeping, I was told i would have to go to the desk. Also when housekeeping came to my room, i was asked if I needed more towels but never did enter the room , even when told they could come in and clean, to do daily tasks.

On my reservation it said I could check out at 12:00 but front staff assured me I couldn’t. I was changed to a one bed room that was ajoining to another room and as a result could hear everything in the next room and they were up till 12:30am laughing and giggling and up talking loudly early in the morning.

The room itself was fine. The bed linen, however was not made properly (under sheets were just thrown under the top cover). There were a couple of long, foreign, hairs found on the inner sheets.

1). The room was below a noisy room full of kids. Requests for quiet were no help. 2). The room was very hot, which prevented me from sleeping. Turning down the temperature and setting it to Cool did not turn on the cooling system. I will not stay there again, and will advise others accordingly.
