I have never booked a room and only shown up for it to be canceled. The hotel blamed Expedia, and Expedia blamed the hotel. You both left me to fend for myself. I was a traumatic experience after 9 hours of driving. I hope I do NOT have a charge on my card since I keep getting surveys.

Place and room were clean. Room had odd smell, bathroom faucet had no pressure, unable to use and bed was not the most comfotable. On bottom floor, so noise from next room up was very noticeable. For price, you get what you pay for. Convenient to a Walmart and Walgreens. In a pinch, it was satisfactory for a place to stay.

Parking and check in was easy. The front desk was friendly and prompt. The room was impeccably clean. All of the linens were white. Everything seemed to be wiped down smelled fresh and the air conditioning was great. I’m actually shocked that I paid the price I did. I would’ve thought that a room like that would’ve went for more. I definitely will come back if I’m in the area!
