Red Fox Retreat

Red Fox Retreat is a cozy 1 bedroom + Loft, 2 bath three level A-frame Mountain Chalet. Starting from the top floor you have your loft master suite loft with a full bathroom, a king-size bed that opens out to the cathedral ceiling, and large picture windows with views of Yosemite Pine trees, a great place to wake up refreshed to start your day. On the main floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen that opens out to your dining/living room area with a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a deck with BBQ and chairs. This home does not have Satellite TV so bring your favorite DVDs! Starlink Wi-Fi is free. On the basement floor, you have another bedroom with a queen size bed with wood floors and cedar walls, and a full bath that is shared. This home is also equipped with laundry facilities.

5 stars all around!

Our first visit to Yosemite and we couldn’t have asked for a better location or a better place to stay. There was significant snow while we were here and they kept the streets and even our driveway clear. Will definitely look to book this location again on any future trips.

Fantastic!

Not only was the location perfect for access to the park and the community quiet, it was perfect for our family. Everything was well thought out and had more than we needed. Loved it and would stay there again if we make it back to Yosemite.

Our Retreat to the Red Fox

This was an amazing experience! We came in April, the place was very well kept and we loved all the interior decor. The gas fireplace made an excellent centerpiece for nightly board games with the kids after long hikes in Yosemite. It was very close to the park and we did not even go through an entire tank of gas during a 4 day trip with commute to and from Yosemite valley. This place is highly recommended. I loved spending nights looking at the stars from the deck. The memories had here will be forever! 10:10 recommended!

Beautiful view to wake up to. Perfect for a visit to Yosemite.

This is the perfect location to visit Yosemite, if you don't stay in the village. It also nice to be able to come back to a place were you can relax and cook your own meals. The place was very clean and well equipped. We had Thanksgiving dinner after a beautiful day hiking in Yosemite. It is actually a two bedroom with two full bathrooms, but the upstairs master is open to the living room below so you can look out the huge windows from upstairs. It doesn't feel like you're exposed though.
