Pool was closed.
Breakfast was canceled.
Place was in horrible condition.
They couldn’t find my “paid” status from Hotels.com, so they wanted to charge me again… needless to say we didn’t stay. The best western one exit down was great !

Room was clean with zero charm . But the lobby, elevators, amenities are ruin down. Old , dusty and discolored. Even at this price it should be a bit better .
Night staff , one person with her headphones on didn’t seem to know much about the property..
The weekday staff was professional, but the weekend worker at the desk, who appeared to be an Islander by his accent, was strange. He didn’t know how to print a receipt/bill correctly, acted shady and asked me to input my credit card again even though I did it the day before, which made me very suspicious.
