Room was fairly clean, beds were somewhat comfortable, pillows could use replaced. There was no breakfast, no pool. It was pretty bland and basic for the price, but we needed somewhere to stay at the last minute.

Very basic but functional and clean property. No breakfast or coffee (despite the sign in front advertising breakfast). Front desk staff were not very friendly. Property appears to be in a well making the water not very drinkable.

This was a great place to check in, sleep, and check out at a reasonable price. The owner / manager is a sweetheart, the room was clean, and the mattress was fine. The pillows weren’t comfortable; they had no bend and were too high and knobby, so it was a challenge to find neck support and overall comfort. I would suggest that there be morning coffee somewhere on site.
