When I went to Expedia looking for pet friendly hotels the charge was not listed. I used to pay 75. So my jaw dropped when I was charged 110.00. It is not like we are in Palm Springs here. This is just a hotel next to a mall and lots of traffic. Our dog is cleaner than some people and never has accidents.

The hotel was the closest hotel to the Avalon Grand Resort. For being in a Home Depot parking lot it’s conveniently located by food and coffee with plenty of parking. Amenities were clean for lack of staffing. Needs some updating due as outlets with USB’s were broken or not working in room. Overall would stay there again.

We did not expect to pay a parking fee, for each day we stayed. The breakfast was good but the area was too small. The room was clean but the covet on the bed had a rip in it. Pool area was ok ran out of towels alot.

Area was very convenient, but the grounds were littered with garbage and potential unsafe items. The room had a bit too much 'freshner' scent. Refrigerator did not have a freezer section which was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay but not exceptional.

Upon stepping off the elevator to the second floor there was an awful stench. The room smelled musty and awful. The carpet was slightly damp in our room as well. Was told I would have a credit on my stay but apparently that didn’t happen. There was also an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke on the second floor near the stairwell. Will not be back to this facility.
