The room was neglected. The room was not clean. The workers was rude and when I told them about the roo. How dirty it was they made us leave before there was Public hair in my shower and there was a bar of old soap that was in my shower I understand that the hotel only does with 2 bars of soap mine had 3 because of the one that was left in the room at quality inn east Liverpool Calcutta area. They made me and my kids leave after all that so I paid 500$ to stay the weekend we checked in friday the 30 and was kicked out Friday the 31 after we was suppose to stay still Sunday the 1st of January. My kids wanted to go swimming and they really didn't even get to go swimming . Because of the property manager I highly do not recommend them.

I rented a room at this hotel in order to be local to family members. I visited the hotel a few days prior to explain my situation annd ensure it was acceptable. I was told yes. I rented the room, but once I got there and kids showed up to swim and share pizza with me, was told that I could not have visitors there using facility unless they rented a room. After conversation with the manager, I was told everyone needed to leave unless they reserved a room. I would highly recommend going to any another hotel if you have family that you want to visit while staying. There are several in the area that will accommodate. I wanted to stay local, but that’s a mistake I will not make again.

The “hot” breakfast consisted of waffles you can make yourself, a bunch of apples, yogurt and two kinds of cold cereal. Horrible. The bed was slanted downwards at the head and in the middle it sunk. The fitted besheet did not fit. We had to call for batteries for the remote. And my feet were dirty from the floor and it is not carpet so easy to mop.

It was ok definitely not a $110 a night place to stay, and I didn't like the fact that when they found out the local plant was having an outage they raised the Nightly rate to Milk more money from the visiting tenants so I relocated to another place Great staff indoor pool gas station 500 feet away but Greedy practices!

You could have more choices for breakfast. Other Quality Inns I have stayed at had muffins, danishes, egg, bacon and sausage along with the waffles and cereal and yogurt. I was disappointed to only see yogurt, cereal and waffles so we left and went elsewhere for breakfast. Also the noise in the hallway from other guests from midnight till about 2am was very loud that we could not sleep.
