Disappointing

The apartment is centrally located and would have been ideal if it had been clean and if we had been able to contact the host or local representative to resolve the issues we had. On arrival we found cushions on the floor, used drinking cups and stale bread on the kitchen worktop, flies in the fridge and dead bugs on the kitchen floor. I texted Huswell the management company which replied that they would arrange cleaning but no-one arrived. I emailed the next days and rang the 2 contact numbers the company had given me, There was no reply to my email and the 2 telephone numbers were no longer in use.
