While your reception was very good and professional, we were not happy with quite a few things. 1) Your side door was a nuisance since the electronic keypad was busted, and it seems like your receptionist didn't know about this. He directed us to drive to an entrance that was not functional at all. We do not blame him, but Baymont needs to fix that, so not to make guests play the guessing game when trying to gain entry to their room. 2) Your bathtub took a thousand years to drain, and the only way around this is to not use the faucet below. Just use the shower and you would have no problem. 3) The headboard on your beds were dusty, and it looks like you have not cleaned it in a while. 4) There were traces of trash not cleaned up in the room. 5) Your electrical outlets did not work well at all! We were not able to use the bedside lamps, and had to use whatever lights were still on. 6) No ice machine? Ice machine broken and only one ice machine available??? Come now, Baymont! You could do better! We would never stay here again, but one thing we would like to note is that management and reception are excellent here. Katie the manager was very polite, professional. So was the gentleman who checked us in. It is the facility condition that we had issues with.

The hotel is easy to locate, although being behind a Motel 6 dies confuse my GPS. The desk staff was professional, quick and helpful. The room was large, had a desk and chair of a usable height, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. I had inadvertently reserved the handicap accessible room. It was interesting to see how it had been adapted for someone with mobility issues. As a mobile senior, i only lacked shelf 9r counter space for items. I opened the ironing board (located in the bathroom) and used it as a staging area for my bathroom items. Also, there were multiple handrails and a shower seat, but a vertical handrail at the sides of the tub would've helped me get in and out of the high tub sides. The tub bottom was a bit slippery. And the toilet paper was the thinnest and most tissue paper like I've ever experienced in a hotel! Overall, good place for a solo female traveler for one night.

The room was unfinished with the bed sitting directly on the floor. Miniature tv in a suite. Painters tape on the floor. Dirty bandaids in the drawer. Emergency exit plaque stuffed in the drawer. Customer service was awful he didn’t say anything just put the registration paper on the counter and then put room keys on the counter. Unfortunately I had to give one star because there isn’t an option for 0. Supposed to be a brand new remodeled hotel

Toilet paper was card-board. The bathroom had no fan and the heat lamp did nothing, aside from lighting up. The shower had no water pressure and sprayed all over the bathroom, the headboards were sticky, the power plug did not function, the phone did not work, we had to ask repeated for more cardboard toilet paper, the conditioner was empty, they never changed the trash or came in to make the beds, they put us in room at the far end of a long hallway, the backdoor was broken, the breakfast food was limited and initially they only had sugary beverages/ no water to drink; the hot tub jets were not working, the staff randomly decided to check us out 2 days early so we had to check back in, only because at the time we voiced some complaints, they had problems reimbursing us for the burden of the problems because I used Expedia to book my reservations, I heard shouting in the middle of the night along with loud accusations of meth use at 2 a.m., the light could not be turned on without entering the dark room, limited towels, the hallway was cold.
