The property had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We were visiting our infant granddaughter who lives nearby and the house had everything we needed to host her.

Fantastic immersive desert stay

This property was the absolute highlight of our one month trip down the west coast! Dave had great communication (but not too much, just right), the house had lots of thoughtful touches and instructions, and the whole house air-conditioning was SO appreciated after a long drive and many stops with just portable fans. All 3 bedrooms were lovely, no one felt like they drew the short straw. Now the backyard is something else!! Views from left to right of Joshua trees and cactus as far as the eye can see. It was such an unreal experience having dinner on the back patio, and a jacuzzi at sunset looking straight out into that landscape! Even though it felt so peaceful and isolated at home (as we started calling it!), the proximity to yucca valley shops was only a few minutes drive, and we could easily get a cheap uber to the surrounding villages for eating and drinking in the evening. I can't recommend this place highly enough and hope to be back again one day!!
