Stylish Downtown Yuma Retreat with River Vibes

Welcome to our charming second-floor studio, exuding a vibrant river-themed ambiance nestled in the heart of Downtown Yuma Historic District. Immerse yourself in the local culture with easy access to a plethora of restaurants, lively bars, and picturesque walking paths along the majestic Colorado River. Our goal is to provide you with a unique, modern, and impeccably clean space to ensure an unforgettable stay.

One open room with its own bathroom, sleeping up to four: a king bed, plus a sofa bed for two more. The kitchenette has a bar sink, a fridge, a microwave and a hotplate, with dishes, glassware and coffee. There is no range, no oven and no dishwasher. Blackout curtains are installed.

Entry is by keypad code, up a single flight of stairs to the second floor, off the alleyway rather than off Main Street. There is no elevator. The deck outside is shared with the neighboring unit, with outdoor furniture around a firepit.

One reserved off-street parking space, included, separate from the public city lot. Two bikes for guests. Main Street is a short walk; the Colorado River and the riverfront path are walkable and quicker on the bikes. Laundry is downstairs in the building, Monday to Friday 9 to 5, and stays of 28 nights or longer include laundry service once a week.
