The air conditioner worked great, we really liked our room on the floor level which had an oversize king size bed, desk, convertible lounge chair and desk shower, walk in shower and a large separate area to hang close in, place personal items on a large counter top and dress in. Room was clean and beds were comfy. When we checked in the room was ready except for towels. We were told they would bring towels to us. We called the front desk at 5:30 to check on when we might receive towels and were told housekeeping was gone for the day and they would bring us a couple of towels from the pool.
