The Gîte "La Suite 81" is a house renovated by the owners, built at the beginning of the century. It combines the charm of the old with the comfort of the modern. Enter through the hallway and discover two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor. The bathroom is functional with a vanity, shower, and toilet.
The living room will allow you to gather for convivial moments with a direct view of the garden. Slightly elevated by six steps, "La Suite 81" has a completely quiet enclosed garden at the back of the house. On the kitchen side, a veranda with a separate toilet provides access to the outdoor space: treat yourself to a meal in the open air in season.
A large bedroom has been fitted out with air conditioning on the first floor, with a teleworking space. If you enjoy towns with a rich historical heritage, you'll be a 20-minute walk from Moulins town center. There's something for everyone... Enjoy strolling through the cobbled streets of the old town and (re)discover the former capital of the Bourbons. There's no shortage of ideas for outings: the Le Pal zoological and amusement park is a 30-minute (25 km) drive away, and the town of Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is 57 km away. Traditional and electric bicycles are available for rental in Moulins town center. Non-smoking house.
A small, enclosed and covered outbuilding is available for bicycles, two large motorcycles, or three small motorcycles. There is free parking for cars in front of the house.
The cottage is equipped with an indoor video surveillance system, which will remain disabled for the duration of your stay, unless you wish to use it.
