nice place but don't book through Hotels.com

The place is nice but there were some technical issues and I had to pay twice because the hotel didn't want to admit the double billing (according to hotels.com staff). I find this strange and a very bad business practice, whoever is to blame. So, it was a ripoff. Next time I should know better and not pay anything in advance.
