I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before, but this one was disappointing. The elevator doesn’t work properly and the time that you need to wait for it it’s too much. The heater on the rooms wasn’t working which was awful, considering that the weather was between -1 to 4 Celsius grades at dawn. In the bathroom there was only shampoo and soap but no Kleenex, it was never replaced.

El servicio y limpieza estuvo muy bien por parte del personal. Los dueños tienen mucho dinero y no pueden componer el elevador. Todos los huéspedes tuvimos que usar mucho las escaleras. Los empleados de limpieza tienen que subir y bajar escaleras todos los días, porque no funciona el elevador. Estuvimos 4 días y nunca lo arreglaron, además ya tenía tres semanas sin funcionar. Muy mal por los dueños. El servicio de recepcion y limpieza estuvo muy bien

El edificio se miraba sucio y desatendido. Solamente tenia un shampoo pequeño la habitacion. Pedi otro y nunca llego. La plancha que nos llevaron a la habitacion estaba rota y sucia. No pude usarla. El hotel no esta mal, solo necesita un poco de atencion a su presentacion. Gracias.
