We loved this apartment. It was beautiful inside and the views really are lovely, looking over the old town and the harbour and sea beyond. We particularly enjoyed having a drink on the balcony watching the sunset. Location is ideal being just outside the old town but right next to the main pedestrian bridge to get in. There's restaurants and bars below the apartment, as well as a supermarket and bakery which is super convenient. But it's an easy walk into old town too. We did a boat excursion from Zadar which I would recommend doing. We also visited Kolovare beach but drove as it is a fair distance away to walk in the heat. My only negative is the parking. Although there is a car park in front of the building, it was so busy we never managed to get a space there. Parking on the main street in front is paid for so not suitable. Each time we took the car out then involved driving round and round the surrounding streets looking for a space which inevitably ended up being on a pavement, which seems to be the norm in Croatia!

Dream house, absolutely! Perfect location, wonderful interior design, lovely plants, and a brilliant view. No joke, you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony. The host, Loris, is superb and helpful. Just hope I can come back here every weekend.

Ojoj, bästa möjliga.... centralt, mkt fin och välstädad. Det enda negativa som kan sägas är de 2 hissar som finns, 6e våningen i mkt små o gamla hissar, fungerade dock...
