Nice Hotel close to the beach and main bus station

Pros: Its location to the main bus station and beach. The staff are nice and friendly.
Cons: I stayed in 3 different rooms. Two of the rooms had 1970's decor whilst the third room was probably renovated in the 1990's. Renovate the older rooms
Location: The location is excellent. Its a 5 minute walk to the main bus station, 2 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the Old Town.
The hotel is a little dated but it is clean and the staff are nice and courteous. The wifi works well and the beds are comfortable. It is close to the main bus station, 5 minute walk and very close to the beach, 2 minute walk. I have stayed here a couple times in the last 8 weeks and will continue to do so whilst in Zadar.

Beachside location, lovely views and staff

Pros: Staff, cleanliness and comfort
Cons: Shuttle to the town a few times a day and maybe even cheap airport transfers
Location: The hotel is 25 minute walk from the beautiful old town. Nice beach but a bit far from restaurants and shops.
I loved the view of the nice beach. Staff were attentive and always happy. My room was clean, comfortable and cool.The food was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
