Not for families with children

Place is not adequate for families with a small child. In the first hour in the flat, we got a complaint that we are making lots of noise. There was absolutely no excessive noise at all, just a 3 years old child walking around. 2 days later we got a knock at the door for being to noisy again. I told the guy that it was a three years old being a child and wasn’t making any excessive noise. He was insistent to keep the noise down, which was ridiculous as the only noise was that of a child moving around. I think this flat shouldn’t be rented to families with small children. The flat was ok and the location was fine. It’s only that issue with neighbours. If you want to walk on your tip toes, this this will be a good flat for you.
