Excellent staff, very nice breakfast. Only drawback was our room ac was constantly leaking water on floor making noise all night. It was not fixed even after notifying the front staff. Very tight parking spot if you are driving a SUV, small cars are fine.

Like that the staff were super friendly. Great but simple breakfast to start the day. Did not like that the rooms were tired, shower leaked and the door opened inwards. This did not leave a great deal of space to get out. Curtains needed to be changed as they were stained. Bathroom ceiling was in need of repair.

Great location, easy in and out with parking close by. Driving in Europe on holiday is always challenging and available parking is a big plus. The place was as advertised and very clean comfortable and safe. Loved every minute of our stay. This was an older hotel. Affordable. We did not travel to the city center. Location is everything. Excursions from here would have been easy as public transportation is close by. AM breakfast was good. Quiet. We at dinner in a place close by served local foods and was very good.

It was a good one night stay at Residence Hotel. The man at the reception area was nice and helpful. It was pretty close to a nice restaurant, nothing much else in the area. Breakfast was pretty good especially the homemade pastries and we were also able to get made to order eggs. Unfortunately when we got to breakfast they weren't replenishing much of the other stuff so we just got the leftovers.

Best hotel that we have stayed at, staff were so friendly and helpfull. The room was absolutely perfect and the hot tub was brilliant. Lovely breakfast and plenty to choose from. Cant fault this hotel at all. If we are back in Zagreb again we will definatly be staying at this hotel. 5*

The overnight front desk man was super helpful. He arranged transport to the airport for a very early morning flight. He set multiple alarms to make sure I was awake and packed a little lunch for me to take to airport.
