The lovingly furnished holiday home "Villa Melita" with large living, cooking and dining area, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, is available for guests to use alone. The direct access to the Biokovo nature park with a large terrace and a heated large swimming pool invites you to linger here. The property is completely fenced, has up to three video-monitored parking spaces and a gate.
Here you can enjoy a great holiday with the family, away from everyday life and stress, relax in the garden, refresh yourself in the pool on hot summer days, and engage in badminton, table tennis or board games, while the children let off steam in the large trampoline.
Internet access, WiFi, TV satellite reception, DVD player, TV, air conditioning and smoke alarm in every room, and an alarm system are part of the basic equipment of our house.

A fabulous stay in Croatia!

We stayed at Villa Melita for 11 wonderful nights in September 2023. Ivan was a fantastic host and so thoughtful! The accommodation was immaculate and we loved the pool and the roof terrace for evening star gazing with a few glasses of wine. The setting of the villa is perfect, in the Biokovo National Park. Ivan kept us informed with lots of useful recommendations during our visit and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Ivan for an unforgettable stay. We hope to return!

We had a wonderful week in this place. Beautiful area, so peaceful and idyllic. The house was everything we could wish for, clean, modern and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool was great especially for the kids. Our host was so accommodating, and offered great tips for restaurants and places to visit during our stay. Thank you Ivan for taking wonderful care of us! We would be happy to come back to this vacation home.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir waren Rundum sehr zufrieden auch die Lage war für uns super und ruhig, genau was wir gesucht haben. Pool war mega, waren gefühlt jeden Tag drinnen, für die Kids das Highlight im Urlaub!!! Das Haus war sehr Ordentlich und sauber, haben uns super wohlgefühlt! Ivan war sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und sehr Gastfreundlich, haben bei der Ankunft eine leckere Wurst/Käseplatte bekommen für die Kinder war natürlich auch was süßes dabei! Haben jeden Tag Infos bekommen, wo man essen gehen kann oder mal eine Stadt Tour unternehmen möchte. Oder wie das Wetter werden soll. Ivan war auch so freundlich und hat uns einen Tisch reservieren lassen, was wir sehr toll fanden! Wir würden die Villa Melita ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen, wenn man ruhe und den Alltagstrouble entfliehen möchte, ist man da genau richtig! Vielen lieben Dank Ivan für den tollen und angenehmen Urlaub. Lg Mirien und Familie😊

Sehr tolle Villa im Naturpark Biokovo. Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge.Das Haus und das Grundstück sind top gepflegt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und supermodern ausgestattet. Das Haus und der Pool wurden wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Betten wurden wöchenentlich frisch bezogen. Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs, wie Seife, Shampoo, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier sind ausreichend vorhanden. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank mit Wurst, Käse, Butter Getränken, Brot u.v.a.gut gefüllt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Unser Gastgeber Ivan empfahl uns viele Ausflugsziele und hatte so manchen Geheimtipp, wo wir eine sehr gute Gaststätte finden konnten. Ivan war sehr herzlich und fürsorglich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir können das Haus und das gesamte Objekt nur weiterempfehlen, besonders wenn man dem großen Tourismusrummel entfliehen will und uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Die Perle Kroatiens

Der Urlaub in Ivans und Melitas Villa im Naturpark Biokovo werden wir für immer in unseren Herzen tragen. Es war wohl der erholsamste Familienurlaub, den wir je erleben durften. Das hat verschiedene Gründe, die in direktem Zusammenhang mit dem Haus und deren Besitzern stehen. Zum einen liegt die Villa absolut ruhig im wunderschönen Biokovo. Der Ausblick auf die Berge - ein Traum! Man selbst muss nicht darauf achten, leise zu sein, weil man niemanden stört, zum Beispiel wenn die Kinder laut im Pool spielen. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind in erstklassigem Zustand, top gepflegt und extrem gut ausgestattet. Da bleiben keine Wünsche übrig, zumal einmal wöchentlich der Pool gereinigt und zwei liebenswerte kroatische Damen (nach Absprache) die Bäder reinigen und die Betten frisch beziehen. Ivan und Melita sorgen dafür, dass alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs reichlich vorhanden sind. Man muss wirklich keine Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife und dergleichen mitbringen. Es ist für alles gesorgt! Als wir nach der langen Fahrt die Villa erreichten, begrüßte uns Ivan ganz herzlich und zeigte uns alles. Der Kühlschrank war mit sämtlichen Grundnahrungsmitteln (Milch, Butter, Wurst- und Käseplatte, Säfte etc.) gefüllt und darüber hinaus wurde Brot, kleine Snacks für die Kinder, Bier und Wein bereitgestellt. Einfach himmlisch! Zudem beinhaltet das Grundstück einen kleinen Gemüsegarten mit Gurken, Tomaten, Bohnen, Zucchini etc., von dem man sich reichlich bedienen darf. Das schmeckt einfach fantastisch! Das Besondere an diesem Urlaub war jedoch auch die Kommunikation mit Ivan. Er hat ein ausgezeichnetes Gespür für seine Gäste. Mit genau der richtigen Mischung aus Nähe und Distanz steht er zur Verfügung, um zu beraten, zu helfen oder Informationen zu geben, ohne im Geringsten aufdringlich zu sein. Zweimal hat er uns auf Wunsch frischen einheimischen Fisch vom Markt besorgt, den wir auf den Grill legen konnten. Das war der beste Fisch, den wir seit Jahren gegessen haben! Seine Herzlichkeit hat in besonderem Maße dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Auch unsere Kinder waren absolut begeistert! Alles in allem können wir diese Perle Kroatiens mit ihren wunderbaren Gastgebern jedem wärmstens empfehlen! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

La localisation de la maison, au pied du Biokovo est exceptionnelle. La maison est ravissante, tout est neuf et fonctionne, tout est fait pour notre confort et la détente jusque dans les petits détails (piscine, barbecue, babyfoot, jeu, bouteilles etc mais aussi machine à laver, lessive à disposition etc. ! Ivan et Melita vous proposent une expérience incomparable avec un accueil, des services, des surprises, des conseils, des cadeaux et une attention au dela de notre séjour jusqu'à notre retour à la maison ! Die Gastgeber Melita und Ivan hießen uns herzlichst willkommen und selbst der Kühlschrank war bei Anreise gefüllt. Sie waren jederzeit beratend mit Insidertipps zur Stelle, wenn man Sie brauchte. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus sowie das Grundstück hatte Alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Inmitten der Natur, im Naturpark Biokovo, etwas Abseits der großen Tourismus-Spots, kann man zur Ruhe kommen und Erholung finden. Der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen.

Entspannter Sommerurlaub ohne wenn und aber!

Es ist ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern. Bereits vor unserer Anreise wurden wir mit Videos des Hauses versorgt. Melita und Ivan haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Es standen Lebensmittel und Getränke bereit. Das Haus hat alles, was man von zu Hause auch kennt. Spülmittel, Handtücher, Seife, Kaffee, Gewürze… es war alles da. Der Pool ist top und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Luftmatratze und genügend Sonnenschirme sind da. Das Haus wird ebenfalls am Wochenende sauber gemacht. Keine Nachbarn, uneinsehbar, völlig ruhig. Am Gemüsegarten konnten wir uns jederzeit bedienen (Tomaten, Gurken, Kräuter). Regelmäßig wurden wir verwöhnt. Ivan und Melita waren ständig um uns bemüht. Wir haben wundervolle 3 Wochen dort verbracht und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken.

Erstklassiger Urlaub

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit sehr sympatischen, liebevollen Gastgebern, die für einen erstklassigen Service sorgen und selbst bei einer Kleinigkeit jederzeit zur Stelle sind, um den Urlaub vollständig genießen zu können.
