On your website the pictures you show are not the actual rooms they only have four with wallpaper . We had no water out of sink to wash the toilet ran all night and the wet room shower was awful we reported this and was assured this would be looked at but wasn’t . When we turned up showed room hair on floor and the bed not made we were shown to a room that had not been cleaned . The receptionist did apologise had the room cleaned complimentary drink while being done and a bottle of Prosecco in room but this had already upset us
