Our villa is located in Gaitani area, just 5 mins away by car from Zante town & 8 mins away from Tsilivi beach (one of the best sandy beaches of Zakynthos). Its central location enables you to visit the best spots of Zakynthos from a perfect starting point.

Our villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in total, as following:
Master bedroom (ensuite): King size double bed
2nd bedroom: King size double bed
3rd bedroom: King size double bed

A sofa bed in the living room can accomodate a 7th guest.

Nimar Villa is equipped with:

However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the villa will usually be ready by 3pm. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the villa if no other guests are arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
