White Villa 53 is a modern summer retreat located in the center of Zakynthos, surrounded only by olive trees and vineyards providing maximum tranquility and privacy, but just a 10 minutes drive away from Zakinthos town or Tsilivi Beach.
The spacious stone house (200 sq.m) consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room featuring an open space kitchen.
We offer a swimming pool (32 sq.m) and a large garden (2500 sq.m) with sunbeds, parasols, outdoor shower and a BBQ.
The space
Our house features a big living room together with a spacious kitchen, dining area and connected working space.
Windows in all directions provide plenty of daylight and a great view to the green surroundings.
For entertainment there is a 55 inch SmartTV connected to a powerful music & multi-media system and also a small library with books (english, german and greek language) and some social games.
Additionally to the common space there are two bedrooms located on the ground floor, one master with en-suite bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The upper floor consists of the third bedroom with another en-suite bathroom, TV, private balcony and a great view over the green valley and the beautiful hills around.

This property is simply beautiful.
Amazing two weeks at Oliver and Katerinas home. Beautiful house and pool in a very peaceful location with views of the hills. A car is a must but everything you need is within a 10-20 min drive.

Peaceful and beautiful modern villa with pool
I would highly recommend this villa for a family or small group of friends who value beauty, good design, cleanliness, peace and quiet and a countryside location. The house is not far by car from everywhere on the island, but you must be prepared to drive. Beaches are relatively nearby - all beautiful and clean, the views from the villa are breathtaking, and the villa itself is stunning and perfectly and immaculately maintained. Very easy and seamless handovers, regular cleaning and rapid responses to any questions. The villa and location are not for those looking for an active nightlife or party location, and it isn't really walking distance to anywhere, but that's fine too. It's gorgeous, you won't regret it!

Holiday in Greece
We enjoyed the stay in this house. It is very spacious and has everything that you need in the kitchen. It was a bit hot for us however, 40 degrees plus under the sunscreens. But the pool was wonderful for cooling down. You definitely need a car, because there is nothing within walking distance.
