Beach Bungalow Kontiki ADULTS ONLY!

The ADULTS ONLY beach bungalows are located on the north beach of Zandvoort. The bungalows are on the beach next to the cozy beach pavilion Buddha Beach where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The beach bungalows are fully equipped. They all have their own terrace with garden furniture and they have a large glass facade. This also gives you a magnificent view on the sea from the inside!

The detached beach bungalows are new and have a living room with a sitting and dining area. The open kitchen contains a dishwasher, refrigerator and espresso machine. The bedroom has a double bed. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet. The bungalows are also fully insulated and have air conditioning / heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom. So you can still enjoy the cold days.
 
In short: sleeping on the beach will be a unique experience!

The center of Zandvoort is within walking distance as well as the train station. Large cities such as Haarlem (10 min) and Amsterdam (30 min) can be easily reached by train in this way. The North Holland dune reserve is also nearby and offers fantastic cycling and / or hiking opportunities.

The beach bungalows are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Amazing location and very comfortable stay

Stayed here for two nights and it was fantastic. Easy to get to from the train station, super clean and tidy beach but right on the beach. Was perfect for a short birthday get away. Will definitely be back!!

Sehr schöner Bungalow!

Wir hatten leider nur 2 Tage Zeit, aber hier war es jede Minute wert. Die Lage und der Bungalow an sich sind sehr schön und man hat alles was man braucht. Das einzige was noch schöner gewesen wäre, wäre ein späterer Check-Out, oder ein früherer Check-In, da hierbei leider schon einige Stunden vom Tag „verloren“ gehen, gerade wenn man nur so kurze Zeit bleiben kann. Aber nichts desto trotz war es eine wundervolle Zeit und wir kommen definitiv wieder!

...schöne Tage...

Wir haben dort 3 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Allerdings hätte ich mir, obwohl es dort sehr windig ist, einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht, um etwas Schatten zu bekommen, wenn man sich vor dem Häuschen sonnt. Auch wären ein paar Polster für die Stühle toll gewesen. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, im Großen und Ganzen war es prima!

Super Location mit einem Super Service

Hallo, ich habe diese Location gebucht um mit meiner Frau ihren 50 Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Eigentümer haben die Hütte etwas geschmückt und den besten Service geboten den man sich denken kann. So stellt man sich einen besonderen Kurztrip vor. 5 Sterne reichen hier nicht aus ! Für die Hütte selbst gibt es nur zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Ein Spiegel vielleicht in der Schranktür 2 Eine Ablage und Hacken für Handtücher im Bad.

Sehr schöne Beach Houses, sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Moderne Geräte, leider funktioniert der Fernseher nur mit Apps bzw. Privaten Accounts über Netflix, Amazon Prime usw. Ansonsten waren nur niederländische Fernsehsender möglich. Handhabung des Fernsehers recht kompliziert und dafür gab es leider keine große Erläuterung im Gästeportal. Super Lage aber insgesamt etwas teuer.

Traumhafte Lage für super Erholung

Der Bungalow ist sehr schon und komfortabel, es nervt allerdings, dass man nirgendwo die Handtücher aufhängen kann. Bitte im Bad noch Haken oder eine Türgarderobe installieren, da ist genug Platz.

Tolle Unterkunft, nicht erreichbare Vermieter

Die Unterkuft war wirklich schön, toller Standort, neuwertig und überwiegend sauber. Es gibt oberhalb des Strandes und somit auch oberhalb der Bungalows öffentliche Parkplätze. Parkgebühr in der Saison 30 Euro pro Tag!! Bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen mal eben schlappe 120 Euro zusätzlich.. In der Gästeinformation, die wir vorab vom Vermieter erhalten haben, stand, man solle beim Auszug das Parkticket auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Was für uns hieß, es gibt ein Ticket für die Mieter der Bungalows. Dies war leider nicht der Fall und auch bei mehrfacher Nachfrage über WhatsApp und E-Mail kam leider überhaupt keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter. Andere Parkende hatten Parkschilder von ihrer Unterkunft im Auto liegen und hatten somit keine zusätzlichen Parkgebühren. Bei dem Preis, den man für einen Bungalow bezahlt, hätte dies unserer Meinung nach auch drin sein können. Und selbst wenn nicht, erwarte ich doch eine freundliche Absage darüber, auf die mehrfachen Nachfragen. Also im großen und ganzen tolle Unterkuft, aber leider überteuerte Parkplätze und nicht zu kontaktierende Vermieter! Wirklich schade!

Kleines Paradies am Strand

Genial gelegenes Strandhäuschen mit allem was man braucht. Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Technisch perfekte Platz-Lösungen und modern eingerichtet und alles in Top-Zustand (war auch ein sehr neues Häuschen). Veranda und Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus super. Sogar bei schlechtem Wetter ein Traum, man ist trotz Kälte und Regen im Warmen und direkt am Strand. Gastgeber/in super im Kontakt, wenn man sie braucht. Haben uns ungefragt eine Parkkarte gegeben, von denen sie nur wenige haben. Die Parksituation ist natürlich allgemein in Zandvoort angespannt, aber das ist das Los des Autofahrers.... Für uns war es perfekt, wir haben echt die meiste Zeit im Häuschen und am Strand verbracht, hatten gar keinen Drang, irgendwo hingehen zu müssen, alles was wir gebraucht haben, war dieser Platz :) Kleiner Tipp: falls der TV, den wir als Musicanlage benützt haben mal die Verbindung zum Internet verliert, einfach mal komplett ausstecken und ein paar Minuten warten, dann funktionierts wieder. .....wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!
