Ordered the jacuzzi room. When we got in the room, it still looked pretty dirty. There was stains on the lamp and it was broken, trim was falling off the walls, marker on the floor/mirror/sink, the sink didn’t drain very well, and there were hair and pubes left in the shower. I went to the front desk to address the issues so they were aware that we didn’t cause the damages and charge us. The said they’d send someone up to fix and clean. When we got back all that was “fixed/cleaned” was they replaced the light bulb in the broken lamp and took the wall trim that fell off. Everything else was the same. The walls are grungy and dirty and so are the doors.

Very out dated was damp and musty and had a horrible odor the outside light was going bad so it flickered all night and the thick drapes don’t close to block it out very disappointing

When we first got into the room it was hot tried to get the AC to work which if you sat on top of it would be ok. But if you was anywhere else it was hot, the sink wouldn’t drain, the tub had the vent hanging off of it, floor’s was so dirty that if you walked in your bare feet your feet would be dirty. One of the people working the desk called twice saying the people under us was complaining about are grandkids to going out it was the lazy person working the desk since we was over them. We came 12 hours like we have at other hotels to see kids and grandkids never had a problem other than this place. So we will never stay there again will pay more to go to holiday inn since we do this every month and the other two families that’s going to come with us will not stay here either! So I guess this place doesn’t like to make money it needs updated also but like everyone else says it won’t

Hi, I received the check-out message this morning at 8 AM, three hours before check-out time. I know it’s meant to be helpful, but it actually made me feel quite unwelcome – as if the message was more about getting rid of me than about making my departure smoother. I’ve been traveling around the country for nearly two months now, and I’ve noticed this is a recurring pattern in many hotels. It might be worth taking a moment to consider what this feels like from the guest’s perspective. For many travelers, mornings are the only quiet moments in the middle of a long journey. A message that early – even if polite – can feel like a nudge out the door instead of a warm farewell. A softer tone or later timing might go a long way in making guests feel appreciated all the way to the end of their stay. Thanks – just wanted to share an honest thought.
