G the staff changed my booking to give me a better discount failed to keep my service dog on the paperwork said it wasn't a big deal then tried to tell me that I was being kicked out because of traffic and my dog because we ordered doordash to eat they kicked us out of our room early called the cops because I asked them why I was being blackballed through Baymont inn they said I'd never be able to rent a room again because I didn't walk my dog on a leash and I also had door dash come to the side door I feel very disrespected they called the police on me made me leave my room early I'd like to have my money back I wasn't happy at all no way shape or form the lady wouldn't even let me use the toaster until 6:00 a.m.

Stopped here for the night to see family. Check in was ok. Woman behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I was given room #114. I grabbed all my stuff from the car and settled in my room before heading to dinner. I had the tv on for a brief period of time but couldn’t hear what was being said as I could hear the tv from the room next door (#116) loudly and clearly. I had received a text from the hotel telling me that if I needed anything to text them back. So I sent a text stating that the person next to me had their tv up so loud that I could tell them word for word what was being said and that I was going out to dinner in an hour and when I came back if it was still loud I would need to have my room changed. After lying there for 10 minutes I decided to go to the front desk and request a room change. I walked up there and asked the same woman that had checked me in if I could have a new room as the person next to me had the tv up so loud (my text had never been answered). She responded “oh yeah, every time she’s here we get noise complaints”. My immediate thought was “why did you put her where she would have someone in a room next to her” but I didn’t say a word. She gave me a new room next to a woman w a beagle and thankfully the rest of the night was nice and quiet. Both rooms were clean, beds comfortable w plenty of pillows. Breakfast was ok, waffle machine broken so I had cereal and an apple.

I was very disappointed with the smaller room compared to what I booked. Also pool was closed, having a pool was the reason I chose this hotel. When I discussed concerns with manager she said I would get a 10% discount sent to my credit card. That credit never came to my account. This was a very disappointing experience. Poor management that lies to customers. Not more Baymounts in my future.

We were in town for one night to visit family. Didn’t check in till 10:30 PM, but the manger was quick and courteous. I didn’t book a king suite, but somehow we ended up in one! We loved the space. Our room was right by the stairwell, which led straight to the breakfast room. We needed a place to sleep for one night, and Baymont did the job

I can't believe this hotel is only rated 2 stars !??! Leaves me speechless because it's so nice, everyone's helpful, everything's clean, the pool is awesome and the breakfast was amazing !!! One of the best hotels we've stayed at and I'm not even lying lol, for real !!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

We had bed bugs in our bed. When we realized the next morning, they did allow us to move to another room to get ready. But there was a dead bed bug on the floor in the new room as well. I asked for a refund and they said someone would reach out to me. Overall the hotel was dirty. There was debris on the floors. The furniture and carpets were stained.
