We booked last minute and checked in around 9pm. The desk staff were absolutely amazing! Kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Our room was better than expected. We had a king room and the bed was so comfy! The tub made my day. The room itself was clean and cozy. We made it to the CK Pub with just minutes to spare before the kitchen closed. The bartender was friendly and patient and the food was well made. We had breakfast in the morning courtesy of our vouchers and it was more than we expected food and flavor wise. When we checked out I was shocked (pleasantly so) that the lovely staff member from the night before remembered my name. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay over Mother’s Day weekend! The room was large and had a small balcony. Buffet breakfast was delicious (definitely worth the $5 add on price when booking). Sunday they asked if we had reservations, which we didn’t, but we were still seated quickly. The heated pool was delightful. The hot tub was empty, which was a disappointment, but not a deal breaker. The inner courtyard was gorgeous.

Everything in general about this hotel was fascinating! From the size of the building to the beautiful courtyard, this hotel is worth every cent. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, and some of the cleanest I've ever seen. My girlfriend (now fiancé; I proposed to in the courtyard Sunday night 😁) and I came in for the Sonic Temple Music Festival, and was one of the only other options available. It's safe to say we will be coming back here next year when the festival returns!

The hotel was okay. I was here for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come by. I went to the front desk to request fresh towels & they were friendly. They advertise that hotel guests get 10% off their meals at their restaurants (cards in room) but failed to disclose that it doesn’t include breakfast and the days I stayed, the dinner restaurant and the bar didn’t honor the discount. Bar/kitchen staff weren’t friendly and on the first night messed up the meal order for the group. Internet kept going out. The front desk staff were friendly. The room was a ground level room - it had a huge tub and a pretty view of the gardens. The room was spacious and quiet. I found ants in the bathroom on the 4th day (check out) but otherwise it was fine. I’d stay again if the price was right only because of the convenient location to why I was in the area. If staying again, I’d probably not eat at the hotel restaurants/bars.

One Night Stay for Work

The room was spacious, nicely appointed, and had a comfortable bed. However, the room could not be accessed the room without navigating stairs (even to get to the elevator) and/or going outside for a shortcut through other doors (it was raining). I arrived at 9 pm, and although the bar serves until 10 pm, I just missed the cutoff to order bar food. The front desk said several businesses deliver via DoorDash, but didn't have copies of the restaurants for me to take. I found a place to order from via Google, but it could only be delivered to the front desk, so I asked them if someone could bring it to my room. They seemed a bit reluctant, but agreed with the caveat that it could take a while. There was also a conference taking place with a bunch of loud attendees. The room was nice, but I wouldn't stay here again.

During our recent stay 151 for 4 days and 268 for 3 days we observed that some areas appear to be in need of attention. We've stayed here many times before and have noticed a decline in repairs and upkeep. For instance, the hot tub, which is listed as an amenity, has apparently been out of service for an extended period. Additionally, the grounds could benefit significantly from landscaping work to enhance their natural beauty. Inside, while we found the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious, the couches and sleeper sofas are showing their age and could likely use replacement. We did want to commend your staff, who were all very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the food during our stay. However, we did experience some issues in one of our rooms, where we only had hot water for one of the three days and the air conditioning was not working at all. We sincerely hope that our visit coincided with a period of transition or an unusual circumstance, and we would be willing to stay again in the future. However, we would need to see improvements in these areas to consider another booking as a family favorite.

Not satisfied with my stay.

The water was off for 8 hrs on one day of my stay which they notified me of at check in but the water was shut off the next day for a short time with no notice. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. There is a musty odor in the hallway and the carpet is ragged in places. My bathtub didn’t drain well so You stand in water while showering. The sink had no stopper. The sofa had no light at all next to it for reading.
