Historical building located 3-4 floors in the heart of the city. Very clean and confortable rooms; some with jacuzzi. Next-door restaurant. Offers inside private parking. Downside: challenging for people with physical disabilities and senios to go up-and-down since there is no elevator.

Room had no windows & a small ceiling fan. Bathroom door on the inside had no door knob just screws sticking out. We were not allowed to keep our room key & had to leave our room key every time we left to go somewhere. Staff was friendly but our room was so stuffy!

Hotel is clean, friendly personel, beds and pillows are hard for my liking. Rooms and beds are cleaned every day. The only downside are that the doors are mostly glass and you can hear every single noise.I think they need to charge the doors to make Rooms more private

This hotel is older, verery basic, no frills hotel. However, the hotel is clean, quiet depending 9n what tower or floor you stay in. This property is hige and it has many split levels. Some rooms have AC units but not all rooms do. Ensure you book one with AC or you'll be miserable. Upon registration you'll get a room key, remote control for the T.V. and AC remote which you are responsible for returning or you'll get charge an additional fee. I stayed on the back tower by the parking lot on the thitd floor and the halls were dark, no elevator and it was unnerving at times traveling back and forth these halls. To be fair there are sur eillance cameras throughout the facility. The one thing that was not up to par were the old hard bed mattresses. It was hatd to have a good night's rest. One positive is that the hotel is centrally located, easy aceess to food, churches, shops, banks, and ovetall ver noce area. Ovetall I gave this hotel three stars.

Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city.

We were very happy with the location of this property it was prime. Everything was walkable. The room was also very clean as well as the property grounds. Check in was easy even though the girl who checked us in was not very nice. We asked for early check in since we had an overnight flight and had not slept and she told us early check in was not allowed at the hotel. We returned a few hours later the was another girl at the reception desk and she checked us is early no problem. The A/C in our room did not work it blew stale room temperature air. Maintenance was called and they said it was working properly. The room cooled down in the evening but was hot during the day. You could not leave the window open for fresh air because the window and screen were reversed. The screen was on the inside of the window and the window on the outside so anybody outside could have freely opened the window. We arrived to our room Saturday Evening to find the business 2 doors down on fire. We were the first people to notice the fire we reported it to the front desk and she was unconcerned and did not call emergency services. The next day we found out from a couple in the room next door to us that the entire hotel was evacuated besides us. I don’t want to be a complete downer on this place it was very nice and great location I think we just had a bad experience.
