nice place and very kind owner

Everything went very well and smoothly as Brigitte sent us the instructions to get there. The house was clean, quiet, with nature all around, we had a very nice stay. Thanks : )

Huis prima locatie rustig en veel privacy

Mooi huis maar geen horren die zeker nodig zijn, er zou een hor zijn bij het schuifraam, elke dag op muggen jacht. Heel vervelend. Geen moltons op de toppers op bed waardoor de lakens steeds verschoven. Ook niet echt proper. Twee persoons bedden tegen de muur niet handig kunnen op een andere manier gezet worden. Was van vorige huurders zat nog in de droogtrommel. Eigenaar ook op de hoogte gebracht maar vond het blijkbaar niet nodig om hierop te reageren. Verder een hele leuke fietsvakantie gehad.

Goed vertoeven!

Gezellige frisse woning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Contact met eigenaar verloopt uitstekend, beantwoord snel je vragen. Heerlijke grote tuin met veel privacy, in een mooie bosrijke omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!

Heerlijk!

Contact met de eigenares van te voren was top, heel behulpzaam en meedenkend. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de hulp die het huis superschoon had gemaakt. We konden haar alle vragen stellen/appen, heel fijn! De woning is heerlijk, lekkere tuin met veel zitjes en de Achterhoek is een prachtige omgeving. Je loopt uit het huis zo de bossen in. Zeker gaan fietsen! Vele mogelijkheden voor fietsverhuur in de buurt. Doesburg en Zutphen zijn aanraders (zelfs in Corona-tijd).

Leuke omgeving. Park verouderd.

Helaas is het in het echt wat verouderd ten opzichte van de foto’s. Leuk huisje, leuke plek maar wat meer onderhoud mag wel. Lijstje aan de muur, gordijnen terug hangen, kraan maken.. doodgeslagen muggen van de muur. Gras eens maaien en buiten opruimen. Prima communicatie met de eigenares. Fijn dat er beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig waren. In de woonkamer wel leuke meubels/gezellig. Fijne bedden.

Fijne locatie lekker ruim. Wel in de natuur dus erg veel last van muggen. Neem dus spuitbus mee. Horren zouden een fijne investering zijn. Verder prima verblijf.

Ruhige und erholsame Tage in schöner Natur

Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten auch den großen Garten ausgiebig nutzen. Die ruhige Lage und die wunderschönen Wanderwege haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert (vielen Dank Brigitte). Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, allerdings sollte ein Mückenspray im Koffer dabei sein.

Fijn huisje maar niet de stilte zoals verwacht.

Het huisje zelf is precies zoals op de foto’s, what you see is what you get. Schoon, fris interieur en fijne haard. De tuin viel ons enigzins tegen. Het gras was zo hoog en hobbelig dat je er nauwelijks op kon lopen en spelen. Jammer dat dit niet gemaaid was. Op de foto's is er geen ander huis vanuit de tuin te zien. Maar de heg/coniferen waren zo gesnoeid/dood dat er een open verbinding met de tuin ernaast is ontstaan. Maar wat we echt teleurstellend vonden was het constante gesuis van verkeer op de achtergrond. De weg die dichtbij het vakantiepark ligt is zeer druk en goed hoorbaar. Van een vrijstaand huisje midden in het bos, voor rustzoekers, hadden we meer stilte verwacht.

Rust en natuur

Heerlijke gelegen. Rustig en in de bossen. Veel privacy. Grote tuin (mooier dan op de foto’s). Het dorpje Zelhem is op 5 minuten rijden afstand. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf! We komen zeker een keer terug. Een aanrader!
