Located in Austria's picturesque Zillertal valley, Zell am Ziller is a lively village that attracts nature lovers and adventurers alike. Surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Zillertal Alps, Zell am Ziller offers a plethora of activities and a charming atmosphere. In summer, discover the stunning surroundings via the extensive hiking and cycling trails that wind past green valleys and mountainous meadows. In winter, the region transforms into a winter sports paradise. The ski bus stops 250 m from the house and takes you to the gondola and thus to the famous Zillertal Arena ski area. Very clean, modern house, well-located in Zell am Ziller

This is a very nice clean modern house. There is a 3-5 minute walk to the ski bus to/from Zillertal Arena ski area, which is just 3 minutes away on the bus. Restaurants, groceries and other shops are conveniently located within a 5 minute walk. The house comfortably slept 12 people. We had a very nice stay, and I think it would be quite enjoyable in any season of the year. A few small things to note, which should not detract from your enjoyment: (1) communication with the owners is facilitated if someone in your party speaks German. (2) There is a single living room / dining room with benches doing double-duty for eating and socializing. This compact design maximizes the number of bedrooms in the house, and did not detract from our enjoyment, however some guests might desire a separate living room. (3) There is no washer/dryer available for your use, and no public laundry in Zell am Ziller. The landlord may be able to do laundry for you for a small fee. (4) Lights in the landings on each floor are controlled by motion detectors, which can be annoying in the middle of the night if your spouse gets up to use the bathroom, thus triggering bright hallway lights. (5) On our departure (Saturday), car traffic coming into the Zillertal valley from Germany was brutal, perhaps because of holiday schedules from the Netherlands.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus besticht durch seine großzügige, moderne und geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und war perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse abgestimmt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin, die unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam war. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Lage

Sauberes Haus mit schönem Garten und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Kleinere Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen und die Lage sowie die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gerne wieder!

Schönes teilmodernisiertes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten

Es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und für die Kinder gibt es Beschäftigungsmaterial im Wohnzimmer und ein Trampolin im Garten. Einziger Minuspunkt waren die nur mit einem lauten Geräusch abschließbaren Türen im Haus. Frau Fankhauser war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbarerer Aufenthalt

Wir sind mit 10 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind angereist und waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Sandra, die Betreuung vor Ort ist unheimlich nett und lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist bis auf eine Auflaufform super ausgestattet ;-)

Schöne Unterkunft im Zillertal

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Autostellplatz, Garten, Skitrockner und Skigarage vorhanden). Wir waren mit insgesamt 12-13 Erwachsenen dort und haben alle Platz gefunden. Das Wohnzimmer könnte etwas geräumiger für diese große Personenzahl sein, dennoch waren wir rund um zufrieden. Einige Zimmer hatten ein separates Waschbecken, was die Aufteilung für die Badezimmer deutlich vereinfacht hat. Die Nähe zur Zillertal Arena war ebenfalls überzeugend. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sandra war eine wirklich freundliche Gastgeberin.

Eine wunderbare Skiwoche in bester Lage und wunderschöner Unterkunft

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 11 Leuten eine Woche im Ferienhaus Arena Blick verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Sandra ist eine wunderbare und sehr liebenswürdige und herzliche Gastgeberin und stand uns bei allen Fragen stets zur Seite. Der Kontakt lief persönlich oder unkompliziert per Whatsapp. Morgens konnte man, sofern gewünscht, eine frische Brötchen Lieferung nach Hause erhalten. Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön groß, geräumig, von der Zimmeraufteilung für bis zu 13 Leute perfekt geeignet. Darüberhinaus sehr sauber, tip top ausgestattet und in bester Lage (max. 5min Fußweg bis zum Skibus, dann ca. 5min Fahrt zur Gondel). Das Skigebiet ist sehr groß und bietet für jeden die geeignete Abwechslung. Hochzillertal, Fügen und Mayerhofen sind im Super Skipass ebenfalls mit enthalten. Alles in allem eine hervorragende, schöne und sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir würden ederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Perfect huis voor twee gezinnen, woonkamer ontbreekt. Tuin is geweldig, ligging ook uitstekend.

Na het boeken kwamen wij erachter dat er geen woonkamer aanwezig is. Er is een eetkamer met een tv aanwezig. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en stil. Het huis is erg goed geïsoleerd en van vele gemakken voorzien. De keuken is goed, de bedden zijn prima en de badkamers zijn net als het huis schoon en netjes. De tuin is perfect met de appelboom die een natuurlijke schaduw geeft in de op het zuiden liggende tuin. Het huis is een perfecte uitvalsbasis naar mooie plekken in het Zillertal. Denk aan de Krimmler Wasserfalle, de Hintertuxer Gletscher en de Schlegeis Stausee met de achterliggende gletscher. Een supermarkt om de hoek maakt het geheel af. De eigenaresse is allervriendelijkst en helpt waar ze kan.
