The apartment (75 m²) is on the upper floor of a 6 family house and extends over 2 levels.
In the lower area there is the living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people, open kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer) and dining area for 6-8 people, the 1st Bedroom with double (1.6x2.0m) and the 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds (0.8x2.0m), the bathroom with tub / shower / toilet and washing machine and a large balcony with awning and seating.
In the mansard area, the 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds and closet. Insect screens are in all bedrooms and living rooms. WiFi is available in the apartment.
Parking space, bicycle shed, travel cot and high chair for small children as well as a garden with a garden house invite you to barbecue and play. Linen packages can be borrowed if required (10, -Eur / Pers., Bed linen + towels). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! Pets are welcome on request. Nudist and dog beach existing

For families with small children, the apartment offers a small garden with gazebo and barbecue area. Charcoal grill, garden table, 6 chairs and 2 children's chairs invite you to play and grill or to spend quiet hours in the evening sun, away from the beach. The garden is in a very quiet location, completely protected and easily visible from the apartment, so that you can let your children play there safely during the day.

For vacationers who are looking for peace and relaxation in nature and want to benefit from the clean and brine sea air, a trip to the Baltic Sea is recommended in every season.
The apartment has underfloor heating. This means that the apartment is available to you all year round. Please note that the underfloor heating must be switched on at least 1 day in the cold season and 2 days in the case of longer frosts to ensure a comfortable room temperature! Wunderschön gelegen

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket. In der Küche gab es alles was wir brauchten und es war sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und auf der Wiese konnte man schön mit den Kindern spielen. Nur leider waren die Fenster sehr schmutzig um rausschauen zu können.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und der Aufendhalt sehr gut. Ein Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings. Die Reinigung der Wohnung wurde erst um kurz vor 15.00 Uhr begonnen und wir sollten 1 Stunde warten, da die Wohnungseinhalt sehr sauber war und der gute Mann unbedingt seine Arbeit machen wollte konnten wir ihn aber überreden nur noch das Bad zu reinigen und wir um 15. 30 Uhr einziehen.Würden dort mmer wieder gern übernachten. danke Fam. Plath

Tolle Ferienunterkunft

Die Unterkunft bietet für unsere große Familie viel Platz. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Nebengelass. Er gibt einen Schuppen für die Fahrräder und ein kleines Gartenhaus. Hier konnten wir alle Strandutensilien unterbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großartige geräumige gemütliche Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war toll. Sie liegt nicht weit vom Strand in Zempin entfernt. Sie hat einen großen Wohnraum mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Außerdem gibt es drei Schlafzimmer für jeweils zwei Leute. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das Zimmer in der Spitze des Daches hat unseren Sohn fasziniert. Da hat er sich gerne aufgehalten. Draußen ist ein toller Garten. Wir möchten in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt in Zempin war wie immer viel zu kurz. Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht auch für Kurzweil (im Bedarfsfall) wird gesorgt. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Eismann war sehr angenehm. Alles was man braucht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer (die alle stockfinster abgedunkelt werden können, was meiner Frau immer sehr Wichtig ist), eine große Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Wanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Im Garten mit Gartenhäuschen kann man grillen und an warmen Abenden den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Strand ist gut fußläufig erreichbar, genau so wie Restaurants und der Bäcker. Alles in allem ein Preis-/Leistungsknüller. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub bei den Eismanns

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Strand ist Fußläufig zu erreichen, auch zum Achterwasser. Diese Wohnung ist sehr schön, und auch nicht hellhörig sehr gepflegt sowie gemütlich. Gerne immer wieder.

Sehr sehr gern wieder

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in einer tollen, komplett eingerichteten FeWo in ruhiger Lage. Trotz des Dachgeschosses konnte man die FeWo mittels Rollos und Klappfenstern sehr gut kühl halten und durchlüften. Der Schuppen zur Lagerung war Gold wert, das Gartenhaus und den Grill haben wir auf Grund der Hitze nicht genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend. Strand und Bäcker sind nur je 10min Fußweg entfernt; für größere Einkäufe gibts in Zempin selbst leider nichts mehr, dazu muss man in einen der Nachbarorte.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und man hatte alles was man benötigte. Selbst zu siebt hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Gut ausgestattet und in Strandnähe

Eine Klasse Unterkunft. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort. Großzügige Zimmer und gute Ausstattung. Einzig, der jeden Tag von 6:30 - 7:30 bellende Hund in der Nähe hat gestört. ( Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nix 😉
