Large, beautiful apartment house "Richemont", 4 storeys, renovated in 2014. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.2 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 600 m, 25 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 60 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.2 km. Mountain railway 800 m, ski rental 800 m, ski bus stop 60 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 210 cm). Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/bidet/WC. Terrace 15 m2 partly roofed, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
