Adventure Sport Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to find them washed, neatly folded, and waiting in the laundry basket. I thanked Concierge Susan in person for the wonderful care she gave our family of four. She told me she genuinely loves her job and does her utmost to make every guest's stay a joy — "that's what hospitality is all about," she said. As for the hotel itself, the location and facilities are simply impeccable. My only wish is that every hotel we stay at had a Concierge Susan.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.

Nicely located property especially if you wanna visit Tianmen mountain. The room was big and in good condition. However, it was humid in the bedsheets…
