This holiday house under thatch is very high quality and lovingly furnished. It is only about 500m from the beach and is located on a large property with z. T. Sea views.
Children up to and including 3 years free of charge and do not specify the number of people.
The price includes WiFi, electricity and water. Bed linen can be booked, but is not included in the price.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house.
On the ground floor of the house you will find a bright and open living / dining area (a large dining table with up to 10 rocking chairs, stereo system, television, PlayStation (3), blue ray player and fireplace). The couch is extendable (approx. 140 x 200 lying surface).
The separate kitchen offers enough comfort with an oven, ice maker, dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge, microwave, blender with ice crusher function (ice crusher) and an additional seating area.
There is also a shower room on the ground floor with an infrared cabin (maximum 3 people) and a toilet.
A washer dryer is available in the utility room.
Upstairs you receive three bedrooms (1st room with double bed [180x200] + 1 x sofa bed [140x200] + TV / 2nd room with double bed [180x200] / 3rd room with two single beds [80x200] with pull-out function for one bed - maximum three persons).
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub, shower, hairdryer, toilet in a very high quality construction.
Other equipment: handcart, electric grill, garden use (including shed), high chair, travel cot, stair guards above, covered terrace with extra wide beach chair.

This house is advertised for 10 people, it should be noted that there are only 3 bedrooms and it can get quite tight with 10 adults. However, a combination with children is not a problem. Jederzeit wieder

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben. Gerade für Kinder ist das Haus in der ruhig gelegenen Ferienanlage optimal, so das sie sich dort frei bewegen können. Das Meer ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es ist ein kleiner Strand an dem auch Kinder durch das seichte Wasser sehr weit in die Ostsee hineingehen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, was man leider über den Verwalter des Objektes nicht sagen kann, weshalb wir Familie Mang leider 1-2 mal kontaktieren mussten, was eigentlich nicht Sinn und Zweck ist, wenn man einen Verwalter hat. Wir haben versucht ihn mehrfach zu erreichen was die An- und Abreise betrifft und es ging immer nur die Mailbox ran und auch auf Nachrichten wurde nicht reagiert oder zurück gerufen. Zum Glück hatte uns Familie Mang einen Code für das Türschloss mitgeteilt mit dem wir dann auch einfach bei der Ankunft ins Haus gelangen konnten. Nachdem wir bereits zwei Stunden dort waren, kam der Verwalter kurz vorbei und fragte nur ob wir denn alles gefunden hätten, das war aber auch die einzige Begegnung. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Familie Mang ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsene und unserer 2,5 Jahre alten Tochter 7 Nächte dort. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Garten liegt, besonders im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Häusern dort, schön uneinsichtig und ruhig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was das Kochherz begehrt und auch unterhaltungstechnisch war alles vorhanden. Das einzige was ich noch schön gefunden hätte wäre mehr Spielzeug für Kleinkinder oder ein Spielgerät (z. B. Eine Schaukel) im Garten. Aber das ist natürlich davon abhängig, ob man mit Kind kommt. Zierow selbst ist sehr ruhig und der Weg zum Strand war jetzt nicht der schönste, aber wenn man die Ruhe und Felder sucht, ist man hier genau richtig! Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Die Lage zwischen Wismar und Boltenhagen ist prima für Tagesausflüge und das Haus bietet allen Komfort, um auch mal dort zu bleiben und den Garten zu genießen.

Das Ferienhaus Margarita ist ein rundherum perfekt durchdachtes Haus, in dem es an wirklich nichts fehlt. Das fängt in der Küche bei einer tollen Ausstattung an und endet im Schuppen mit Bollerwagen, Rollern und Drachen zum Steigen lassen. Wir waren selten in einem so gut organisierten Haus. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern und dem Verwalter waren immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung mit vielen anderen schönen Reetdach-Häusern. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter Fußweg, mit dem Bollerwagen gar kein Problem. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk mit Minigolf, einen Spielplatz und ein kleines Café. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
