The entire Thompson Hotel was excellent. The entire Hotel seems to have been upgraded. We've been staying at the hotel before it was the Thompson and it has never been as nice as it is now. Great management, great staff A wonderful establisment.

Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . Food and drinks were over priced. The quality of the food did not support the high cost. No music or entertainment to bring people to the pool area. It’s not as much a resort but a glorified hotel room. Ver low key and boring. Won’t be back.
