Our apartment (45 sqm) in a central location is an apartment suitable for allergy sufferers, in an optimal location, very quiet, yet centrally located, has a large living / dining room with sofa, LED TV, CD player + radio and a high quality fully equipped Fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. There are two bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds + play area).
Bathroom with shower / toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, and a large sunny balcony with garden furniture. Cot and high chair can be provided. The apartment - non-smoking apartment - include 1 parking space and 1 shed for bicycles or the like.
In order to continue to offer this apartment to all allergy sufferers, smoking and animal husbandry are not permitted in our apartment.

Please note that Zingst charges a tourist tax of € 2.80 per person per day; the costs are to be paid to the spa administration.
There is a cleaning fee of € 40.00 to be paid on site.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht und Zentral gelegen, 10 Minuten zum Strand und den Bäcker vor der Tür. Es hat uns und unseren Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder ☀️

Unkompliziert und gut!

Ganz kurzfristig buchten wir diese Wohnung für ein paar Nächte. Die Bestätigung kam prompt, der Schlüssel inkl. Wegbeschreibung und netter Worte dann per Post, was vor Ort völlige Flexibilität ermöglichte. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Parkplatz, großer Balkon und auch ansonsten ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Und als dann das Wetter auch noch besser war als die Vorhersage, war unsere Auszeit perfekt :)

Familienurlaub Sommer 2021

Prima Lage der Wohnung und sehr ruhig. Bäcker und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schlüssel wurde per Post vorab zugesendet. Einziges Manko war, dass nur ein Schlüssel zur Verfügung stand, was für eine Familie schwierig ist und dass der Schlüssel per Einwurf Einschreiben zurückgesendet werden muss, was einen extra Gang zur Post erforderlich macht. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung Standard. Allerdings könnte die Hygiene besser sein, da wir bei unserer Ankunft ein benutztes Taschentuch auf dem Sofa vorgefunden haben. Vorallem in der Coronazeit macht man sich daraufhin Gedanken über die allgemeine Sauberkeit in dem Objekt.

Empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter, somit bleiben Insekten draußen. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gab ein paar wenige versteckte Ecken, die nach meinem Geschmack etwas sauberer hätten sein können. Auch die Teppichfliesen im Wohnbereich waren leider zum Teil recht unansehnlich/fleckig. Aber alles in allem haben wir eine saubere /ordentliche Ferienwohnung vorgefunden und würden sie wieder buchen!!! Den Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, aber er hat eine gute Größe. Da wir unsere Fahrräder mit hatten, fanden wir den zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrradschuppen sehr praktisch.

Bis auf eine Kleinigkeit. In der Beschreibung wird ein CD/DVD Player benannt, selbiger ist nicht vorhanden. Dies ist für Kinder die sich DVD's mitgenommen haben unschön. Weiterhin wäre eine W-LAN Anbindung zu heutiger Zeit nicht verkehrt.

Alles wunderbar und immer wieder !

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, roch angenhm, nett eingerichtet, die Betten sehr auber , selbst in der Dusche -kein Schimmel am Silikon, also alles Dinge die in einer Wohnung eigentlich normmal sein sollten, aber wir schon sehr oft erlebt haben, das es nicht so ist. Deswegen ein dickes Plus und Dankeschön an Familie Forster ! Ein weiteres Plus, obwohl die Wohnung direkt an der Einkaufsmeile liegt, es war super ruhig in der Wohnung. Und zu guter letzt der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder
