Karge Ausstattung ohne Vorhänge und Aufzug

Der Hauptmangel an unserem 3 Zimmer Apartment war, dass ein Schlafzimmer keine Vorhänge hatte. Das Nachbarhaus war nicht weit entfernt mit einem Fenster , das genau gegenüber unserem lag. Morgens wachten wir wegen der Helligkeit schon um 5 Uhr. Zum Glück konnten wir für die nächsten 2 Nächte in ein anderes Apartment umziehen. Das Haus hat keinen Aufzug. Die 45 Stufen zu unserer Wohnung im 3. Stock waren für meine 87jährige Mutter beschwerlich. Die Küche war recht bescheiden mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Erst bei der Abrechnung erfuhren wir, dass wir für den Parkplatz extra bezahlen mussten. Zusammen mit der heftigen Reinigungsgebühr stieg der Gesamtpreis beträchtlich. Insgesamt stimmte das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht und ich würde nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Leider sehr heruntergekommen und das Geld absolut nicht wert. - Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster oder Lüftung -Lüfter im Bad läuft durchgehend, Schimmel in der Dusche - Charme einer Jugendherberge, schreckliche Flure, kein Aufzug - sehr altes Mobiliar - Sofa nicht wirklich zum schlafen geeignet, schräge Liegefläche, Freund bekam Ausschlag - Kaffeemaschine zerfiel in mehrere Teile, komischer Fleck an der Decke, Griff vom Schrank fehlte und wurde nur abgeschliffen - Wellnesslandschaft an sich schön, im Schwimmbad fällt der Putz von den Wänden, der Duschknopf hatte keine Abdeckung drumherum, einfach ein Loch in der Wand Ausstattung der Küche war gut, das Personal im Preußenhof freundlich Wir wurden allerdings tatsächlich erst Punkt 3 Uhr in die Unterkunft gelassen.

Schöne Unterkunft nah am Strand und direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Wer es kurz zum Wasser haben möchte, ist hier richtig. Die Sauberkeit und der Standard der Einrichtung ist eher mittelmäßig, für einen Kurzaufenthalt jedoch weniger dramatisch (bzw wer sowieso eher draußen ist und sich nicht viel in der Wohnung aufhält, den sollte es weniger stören)
