The apartment complex has a swimming pool and a sauna area for free use for guests. There is also a parking space for your car. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and coin operated washing machine are located on the ground floor of the house.

The comfortable 2-room apartment with a terrace is approx. 38 square meters and has a cozy living room with a comfortable, high-quality sofa bed and flat-screen TV and an adjacent open kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine , The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower / toilet and a hairdryer. W-LAN and a parking space are available free of charge as well as the use of the swimming pool and sauna area in the Roland house.
