Nestled in the beautiful countryside in the southeastern part of the sunny island of Usedom, this small “fishing village” lies directly on the Szczecin Lagoon. <br>Come and enjoy a relaxing and active holiday surrounded by unspoiled nature, on the white beaches of the Baltic Sea, and immersed in the charm of the imperial spas with their extraordinary architecture.<br><br>Our thatched-roof holiday home “Möwenkind” is idyllically and peacefully situated in a holiday resort near the small town of Zirchow, which is currently expanding with the construction of additional thatched-roof houses and becoming increasingly developed.<br><br>Our 100 m² fisherman’s cottage offers space for 5–6 people to relax.<br>On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and TV. <br>The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. <br>The lower level also features a wellness area with a sauna and shower, as well as a separate bathroom. <br>An elegant staircase leads to the cosy upper floor, where you’ll find the modern wellness bathroom with a spacious bathtub beneath a dormer window, a rainfall wellness shower area, a multifunctional XL mirror (Bluetooth sound system, illuminated makeup mirror), and a bathroom.<br>The bedrooms adjoining on either side are decorated in different themes.<br>The cosy “Möwenkind” bedroom, decorated in pleasant beige tones, features a large double bed and a cot with round bars.<br>The “Strandkind” bedroom, with its maritime-inspired country-style decor, features a double bed as well as an additional single bed. <br><br>The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, which is powered by an environmentally friendly heat pump.<br><br>The approximately 550 m² outdoor area with a spacious sun terrace invites you to relax.<br><br>In addition, there are 2 parking spaces and a bike rack right in front of the house.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi, a Netflix-enabled TV, a reading corner for all ages, and plenty of games for the little ones are available for our guests to use at no charge.<br><br>We hope we’ve piqued your curiosity about our little fisherman’s cottage and look forward to welcoming you soon.<br><br>For more information, please visit our website at www.haus-moewenkind.de. <br><br><br>

Der Check in verlief völlig reibungslos. Das Haus war liebevoll gestaltet und hatte eine schöne Außenanlage. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Wer Aktion sucht ist hier falsch.Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt aber doch sehr gut. Internet war bedingt durch die abgeschiedene Lage okay, aber nicht das schnellste. Schlecht haben wir jedoch das Doppelbett empfunden. Hat sehr geknarrt und die Kissen waren sehr ungemütlich. Hier sollte nachbessert werden. Matratzen eher auf der harten Seite des Lebens, was aber für uns super war. Restaurant im Ort war sehr lecker für tägliche einkaufe muss man jedoch in eine der größeren Orte fahren. Bäcker ist jeden Morgen mit einem Auto Vorort 08:00 - 09:00 Uhr aber schnell vergriffen. Geschmacklich leider nicht sehr gut. Check-out verlief unkompliziert. Würden wir wieder besuchen? Definitiv ja. Ist soweit wir das beurteilen können das schönest Haus in diesem Ort.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Es ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Hier hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht! Uns war eine ruhige Umgebung wichtig. Das traf hier definitiv zu. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Für uns war es ein Erholungsurlaub! Wir werden wieder kommen.

Ein wunderbarer kurzer Aufenthalt im Herbst

Sehr hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Wir fühlten uns sofort gut angekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In Bezug auf die Umgebung weiß man eigentlich, worauf man sich einlässt, optimal für Ruhe und Entschleunigung.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus Möwenkind ist ein neues, sehr modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in einem Fischerdorf, welches aktuell noch erweitert wird. Die Ausstattung ist super – von Küchen- und Haushaltsutensilien (Seife, Toiletten- und Küchenpapier, Gewürze, Kaffeefilter, Backzubehör etc.), über Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen, Spielsachen, Bücher, Kamin, Sauna und Grill ist alles dabei. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Besitzer haben sich mit der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe gegeben und es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, zu den Kaiserbädern und nach Swinemünde ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Jeden Morgen gegen 8 Uhr (in der Saison) kommt ein Bäcker und bietet frische Brötchen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe verlief unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Super schönes Haus. Was einmalig ist wie gut es ausgestattet ist Man brauch fast gar nichts mitbringen. Über Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Kaffe, Geschirrspültaps und vieles mehr. Selten so in Ferienhäusern erlebt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Zu den Ostseebädern ist es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Super Ferienhaus mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche übrig! Wir haben nichts vermisst, die geschmackvolle, maritime Ausstattung und alle vorgefundenen Einrichtungsgegenstände waren wirklich toll. In solch einem Haus auf Usedom könnten wir alt werden 😊. Natürlich gibt es auch ein ganz klein wenig Schatten: wir würden hier und da Wind- und Sichtschutz anbringen und einen etwas größeren TV-Screen anschaffen. Und die Infrastruktur in der näheren Umgebung ist eher bescheiden, das hat uns aber nicht besonders gestört - mit unseren Rädern waren wir mobil und schnell in den größeren Orten. Vielen Dank für ein paar sehr erholsame Urlaubstage!!!

Tolles Haus in jeder Jahreszeit

Das Recht neue Ferienhaus bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäckerwagen ins Fischerdorf. Die Gaststätte Der rote Baron liegt keine 5 min. Fußweg vom Haus entfernt in Ri htung Flughafen Heringsdorf. Ansonsten ist man auf das Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen zu Ostsee hin. Das Fischerdorf liegt am Stettiner Haff.

Idyllisches Ferienhäuschen im Neubaugebiet mit Baulärm

Liebevoll und sehr modernes Ferienhäuschen. Die Besitzer haben sich sichtlich Mühe beim Bau bis zur Möblierung dieses Hauses gegeben. Es ist idyllisch und charmant und man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Warum es von mir heute keine 5 Sterne gibt, hat nichts mit dem Haus oder der Lage zu tun, denn die Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht genau den Gegebenheiten. Wer keine Probleme mit Geräuschen hat, über ein Auto verfügt und auf die frischen Brötchen zum Frühstück verzichten kann, ist hier genau richtig. Die einzige Ergänzung, die ich im Beschreibungstext anbringen würde ist, dass es trotz der Lage am See keine Möglichkeit gibt zum Wasser zu gelangen. Dazu muss man in den nächsten Ort fahren. Für mich bzw. uns war der Aufenthalt öfter eine Herausforderung, da ich unter Migräne leide. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einem Neubaugebiet und ab kurz nach 7 Uhr morgens wurde man vom Bagger und der Geräusche schweren Geräts geweckt. Diese Bau-Geräusch-Kulisse hielt in der Regel bis 16 Uhr an und wird wohl noch bis Anfang 2023 andauern. Im Haus befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer die Wärmepumpe, die in den kalten Tagen ständig und in regelmäßigen Abständen dröhnt und sich damit mit einem brummenden Kühlschrank abwechselt. Wir waren im Frühjahr dort, vermutlich ist das in den warmen Sommermonaten kein Problem. Für mich gab es daher leider nicht viel Erholung und ich habe es zu Hause deutlich ruhiger.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man für die Familie braucht

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da und alles hat super geklappt. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen, es liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung und gerade für Kinder ist es toll mit dem Grundstück und den ruhigen Straßen, so dass die KLeinen auch draußen Radfahren können oder ähnliches. In der direkten Umgebung kann man noch schön spazieren gehen und hat schöne Blicke auf den Stettiner Haff. Ans Wasser kann man dort nicht, aber bis zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit, mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar

Stilvoll, modernes Ferienhaus mit Sauna

Eingerichtet im maritimen Stil, liegt das modern und saubere Domizil nur einen kleinen Katzensprung entfernt von den Kaiserbädern Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf und Bansin. Einfach ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und die Insel zu erkunden. Vielen Dank, es war einfach schön 😊

Sehr schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen.Das Haus war in sauberen Zustand . Es liegt mit vielen ähnlichen Reetdachhäusern in idyllischer Natur nahe am Stettiner Haff. Täglich von 8 bis 9 gibt es frische Brötchen in einem Bäckerwagen in ca. 100m Entfernung. Ansonsten ist die nächste Einkaufstelle ca. 10 min mit dem Auto in Ahlbeck der REWE Markt, der auch sonntags bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat. Wir hatten im und um das Haus einen sehr ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Schönes Haus, ruhige Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, welches unkompliziert und sauber übergeben wurde. Es hat an nichts gefehlt ( bis vielleicht noch eine Mikrowelle). Wer eine ruhige Lage abseits vom Trubel der Seebäder will ist hier genau richtig. Allerdings kann der Ostseestrand nur mit Auto bequem erreicht werden oder man muss sich ordentlich in die Pedale schmeißen. Der Strand am Haff ist schneller mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Ein Bäckerauto sorgt jeden Morgen für frische Brötchen vor Ort. Privatsphäre hat man auf der Terrasse wenig. Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern finden sich in der Anlage schnell Spielkameraden.

Super Haus, Schlechte Lage

Das Haus ist echt gut. Es hat alles was man braucht. Jedoch ist dir Lage schlecht. Es gibt keine fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Strand, Restaurants. Alles kann nur mit Pkw erreicht werden.
