New villa in a secure enclosure of 6 villas near Porto Vecchio (10km) with heated private pool.
Come and taste the padded atmosphere of a BBC standard eco-friendly wooden house without heating (extra wood stove for winter), The air conditioning is natural with the green roof terraces!

Obviously solar hot water and heat pump.

It is a luxurious new villa of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms which all overlook picture windows and panoramic terraces, it is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs and can accommodate up to 2 families or 4 couples. A master suite, an extra bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The decoration is varied and the swimming pool 6m * 3m * 1. 50m (swimming against the current) is heated. Parking provided for cars.

Equipment: WI-FI, Television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system ...

Possibility to rent the boat provided you have the first sea. It is a 6m30 Ombrine, 150 hp for 7 people. He can tow a water ski or a buoy. The price is 300 euros per day and 1500 euros per week (excluding petrol of course!).

Super villa proche de la mer (environ 5 min en voiture). Correctement amĂ©nagĂ© avec beaucoup d’accessoires tel que sĂšche cheveux, lave vaisselle et lave linge, cafetiĂšre
 la personne qui s’occupe des lieux (SĂ©bastien) est facilement joignable et cessible. Tous s’est correctement dĂ©roulĂ©. Je recommande.

Die Villa war soweit ok, Aufteilung der RĂ€ume gut, gute Ausstattung. Jedoch gab es die auf FeWo aufgelistete Klimaanlage nicht, es gibt nur eine ökologische als DachbegrĂŒnung. Dadurch wird die Villa aber nicht ausreichend gekĂŒhlt und es wird doch sehr warm. Es gab nur 4 Ventilatoren zur AbkĂŒhlung. Zudem mĂŒssten die Schrauben am Pooldeck mal nachgezogen werden, hier herrscht erhebliche Stolper- Gefahr.

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances en cette fin du mois d'octobre. Un accueil chaleureux par Sébastien et qui nous a donné quelques filons pour nos visites. Une maison bien située et accueillante pour deux familles. TrÚs proche d'un excellent restaurant avec un chef qui manie aussi bien l'art de la cuisine que musical. De superbes souvenirs restent gravés dans nos coeurs et des magnifiques paysages ont rempli nos yeux.

Notre sejour dans cette magnifique villa etait exceptionnel ! TrÚs bon accueil de Sébastien, le gérant sur place. La piscine est tres appréciable pour les petits et les grands. Seul petit bémol,il n'y a pas de clim et avec des fortes chaleur comme celle qu'on a eu cela aurait ete un petit plus !

Une maison agréable mais proche de la rue

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans la Maison de Sainte Lucie. Les plus : une maison oĂč l’on peut facilement vivre Ă  plusieurs petits et grands (nous Ă©tions 4 adultes, 3 enfants et 2 ados), terrasse agrĂ©able, bonne exposition, bonne Ă©quipement de la maison. Bonne situation pour les visites et les commerces (15 min des piscines de Cavu / Le Super U a 5 min en voiture). Les moins : la maison est dans un Ăźlot de 7 maisons trĂšs proches les unes des autres, on entend donc pas mal les voisins. Il n’y a pas toujours de place de parking pour tout le monde (heureusement il y en a dans les rues proches). La maison donne sur un axe routier Ă  passage (la nuit avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes (car il fait chaud), on entend pas mal la circulation). Il n’y a pas de Clim mais elle devrait arriver l’annĂ©e prochaine. La piscine est petite (mais suffisante pour se rafraĂźchir). La chambre isolĂ©e de la maison est grande mais bruyante (pas d’isolation) et pas reliĂ©e Ă  la maison ce qui est embĂȘtant mais pas bloquant. Nous recommençons nĂ©anmoins la maison en connaissance de cela, elle reste bien placĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e.

Une simple précision pour les parents avec des enfants en bas ùges: la chambre d'appoint ne communique pas avec la maison donc si jeunes enfants ....c'est compliqué et aussi il faut passer par l'extérieur pour aller aux toilettes ... Par contre pour les ados c'est top donc pour nous TrÚs bon séjour.

Villa bien équipée et confortable pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants / adolescents. Arthur comme Sébastien ont été disponibles et réactifs. Le seul petit bémol est l'insonorisation de la villa (notamment dans la chambre aménagée dans le garage) par rapport à la route.

TrÚs belle propriété, propre bien entretenu piscine agréable et chauffée si besoin, belles prestations dans la maison en général et la cuisine est bien équipée . Les chambres sont trÚs bien et spacieuses . La maison est assez bien situé pour vadrouiller dans le sud Corse.

La villa est trÚs agréable et trÚs bien située. Tout est parfait et Sébastien est au top trÚs sympathique et réactif à nos demandes. Une chambre du Rdc ne communique pas avec la maison et la salle de bains du rdv est privative d'une chambre. Ce n'est pas pratique

Appréciation Location

Nous avons passĂ© 3 semaines dans cette location. La maison fait partie d'un ensemble de 4 maisons dans le mĂȘme style. La maison est globalement bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Elle se situe dans le centre de Sainte Lucie. Les commerces et le Super U sont Ă  cĂŽtĂ© donc pratique. La belle plage de Pinarello est Ă  10 min en voiture. Pour les aspects Ă  revoir : il n'y a pas d'Ă©tat des lieux contradictoire d'entrĂ©e/sortie. J'ai une caution pour une latte de sommier apparemment cassĂ©e. Vrai pas vrai. Je ne sais pas. J'ai payĂ©. La literie est moyenne. Et surtout, la maison est annoncĂ©e bio climatique ce que l'on interprĂšte ainsi : il n'y a pas de clim mais la maison doit ĂȘtre tempĂ©rĂ©e. Factuellement 30 degrĂ©s. Mais bon, la Corse et ce coin reste un bel endroit.

Maison propre, bien équipée. Le propriétaire, ainsi que Cathy, la dame qui s occupe de votre arrivée, sont trÚs réactifs à chaque demande et se montre disponible et agréable ! La propriété est proche des plus belles plages, toutes accessibles à moins d une heure de voiture. Pas mal d activités sportives à proximité. Voiture fortement recommandé. Seuls petits bémols, l annonce parle de piscine chauffée, qui ne l etait pas, option a contre courant, que l on ne nous a pas expliqué. Et si on marche pied nu sur la terrasse en bois, on se prend pas mal d echardes. J aurai également aimé que l annonce précise que l une des chambre est isolé sans accÚs direct à la maison. La personne qui prend cette chambre est du coup un peu mise à part. Sinon tout était parfait, je suis certaine que l on reviendra ! Merci encore
