Conveniently located on the corner of the first floor, this apartment offers an oasis of peace and privacy. Away from the bustle of passers-by, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the church and the dunes. Thanks to its sheltered position, the balcony remains pleasant even on windy days.

Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare a delicious meal. It includes a modern stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and kettle. Whether you love Nespresso, prefer filter coffee or like to start the day with a cup of tea, everything is ready for a comfortable morning.

The living room invites you to relax, with a comfortable two-seater sofa and an armchair arranged around the television, with extra storage space underneath. The cosy dining area, featuring a fixed bench and two separate chairs, offers space for four people and is ideal for relaxed meals or long evenings together.

From the living room, a small hallway leads to the other rooms of the apartment. The bedroom offers the comfort of a generous double box spring bed of 180 x 210 cm with a wonderfully comfortable top mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Handy nightstands beside the bed keep your book, phone or glasses within easy reach. A spacious wardrobe with both hanging and shelving space allows you to store your belongings neatly, while the charming dressing table with mirror provides a quiet place to get ready for the day or evening.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped. Start the day with an invigorating shower or end it with a relaxing one. Next to the shower, you will find a toilet and a sink with ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. A heated mirror completes the comfortable setting, so you do not have to wait to use it after showering.

As the finishing touch, this lovely accommodation features a private sauna. It is a peaceful space where you can fully unwind, read, meditate or simply enjoy the warmth. The sauna also offers settings for music and colour, allowing you to adjust the atmosphere to your preference.

On the southwest-facing balcony, you can sit sheltered from the wind, feel the warmth of the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Comfortable chairs invite you to relax, while a sunshade provides welcome shade during the summer months.

For babies and children up to 2 years old, a travel cot is available in the accommodation. Pets are also welcome, with space for up to two animals to enjoy the holiday with you.

You have access to one free parking space at the apartment. If you are expecting visitors, an additional paid parking space is available nearby.

Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only permitted to stay with prior approval and upon payment for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets allowedBusiness bookings are available upon request.
