Ich schreibe die Bewertung für meine 4 ausländischen Kollegen, die den kompletten Januar 2026 in der Wohnung gewohnt haben. Sie waren rundrum zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut aufgeteilt, sehr gut ausgestattet (es hat an nichts gefehlt), sehr gute Lage mit optimalen Anbindungen an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation während der Vermietung mit der Agentur/dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.Wir können diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen und werden diese sicherlich wieder mieten, wenn es nochmal nötig ist ;-)
