Helpful, polite staff at check-in. Building is old but room is clean with nice window. Tiny shower but worked ok. Close to main train station and everything we were interested to see. Did not need to take bus, tram or taxi.

Very convenient location close to the main train station and a tram station, in a quiet neighbouhood with a few restaurants nearby. It's also a short walk to the area where bus tours depart from, and not too far to walk to the Old Town. Rooms and beds are comfortable and have a nice, cozy, Swiss feeling to them. Continental breakfast buffet is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

Great option

The hotel was clean and as advertised, and the location was extremely convenient! The room was a little bit stuffy at times in the back part of the room because it was far from the air conditioning unit. The beds were good, but also felt a little stuffy, like they were trapping a lot of heat in the mattress.
